Auction Ending: Wednesday, May 15th, beginning at 9:00 pm.

Auction Pickup: Pickup will be on Friday & Saturday from 11-5. Pickups are available at SSTC, 355 Spring Street. Payment arrangements must be made prior to pick up. Sher will not be accepting payments for any items from this auction ONLY, she still accepts payments for her auctions. Transfers will be made to both SSTC & Palmyra on the Friday following the auction.
Payments can be made through Paypal or by credit card; if paying through Paypal, please click on the link on the invoice, you will have to enter the amount. If you wish to pay by credit card, please call me to process the payment. We are striving to keep bookkeeping simple & easy; payments will NOT be accepted by Sher at SSTC, so please make payment arrangements prior to pickup. I am extremely easy to contact via email-I will normally reply within the hour.

Terms: Winning items MUST be paid in 7 Days.

Winning items that are PAID for...will be stored for a MAXIMUM of 14 Days - Large items - MAXIMUM of 7 Days.

Any items left in EITHER of the above circumstances will be resold, with NO refunds given.

Should you fall in default of the above terms, it will be at the auctioneers descretion to place on hold or delete your bidding account. Account MAY be reinstated (again at auctioneers descretion) ONLY if a valid credit card is placed on file.

These terms MAY be altered if YOU contact ME via email ONLY and we agree on different terms (in writing, so to speak).

These Terms are ABSOLUTE and by bidding at any auction, you have read, understand and agree to them.

Buyers Premium�15% added to each purchase, so if your total bid is $100.00 you will be charged $115.00. Cash payments made on scheduled pickup day will only be charged a 10% Buyers Premium. All transfers, late pickups, or credit card payments will be charged the 15%

Sales Tax…7% on all purchases will be collected unless you have an approved Tax Exemption Certificate on file with us PRIOR to pickup of items.

Accepted Payments…Credit Card via PayPal or Cash

TRANSFERS:
There will be a $2.00 Transfer Fee applied to ALL invoices requiring transfer. This is a PER INVOICE charge - NOT per item. If you win 1 item, the transfer fee will be $2.00...If you win 50 items the transfer fee will be $2.00. Any Noted Transfer fees on large items will be ADDITIONAL fees over and above the $2.00

PAYPAL/CREDIT CARD PAYMENTS:
There will be an additional $1 Charge added for any PayPal or Credit card payments. As you may or may not realize any credit card processing (including PayPal) has a per transaction fee...Which can be as much as 29% to process small payments.

Palletizing & Shipping available, email us for quote. Shipping requirements must be made on or before removal date.

This is an Internet ONLY Auction. Please do not bid if you cannot pick up your items during SCHEDULED removal times. At the end of the scheduled removal time, your credit card on file will be charged for your purchases, NO REFUNDS/Chargeback’s will be given for lack of removal.

NOTE: The Auctioneer &/or Owner has the option of reselling, removing, storing or abandoning, at the expense and risk of the purchaser, items not paid for and/or removed within the specific time. The buyer agrees to pay all deficiencies, legal, collection; transportation and storage expenses associated with delinquent accounts or abandoned items.

Registration Instructions...You MUST register in order to place any bid. Click on the Auction Details page, put in your information, and submit. An email will be sent to the email address you entered with you bidders number. You will need to enter this and the password you create to enter your bids.

Maximum Bids….this allows you to place the minimum bid required, while entering the maximum bid you are willing to pay. The computer will increase your bid up to that amount as other bids are placed.

Bidding Errors...Any bidding error MUST be reported to us IMMEDIATELY via email to snsporter@netzero.com
No bids will be removed or reversed after the auction has closed – NO EXCEPTIONS. Please review any bid you are making before submitting it to the site.

Staggered/Dynamic Closing…Our online auction closes at a few items per minute. Any bid placed in the last 3 minutes of an items closing time automatically extends that item for an additional 5 minutes. This is done to reduce snipe bidding and more closely emulate an actual live auction.

OutBid Notification…Notices will be emailed for any items you have been outbid on only up to the final day of the auction.

Winning Bidder Invoice…will be sent by email as a courtesy ONLY. If you have bid on any items, it is you’re responsibility to review final auction bids for any items you may have won.

Catalog Errors…you are placing bids on the DESCRIBED ITEM, not the picture (occasionally a wrong picture link is installed). You are ONLY bidding on the item in the description, sometimes multiple items appear in a photograph…do not assume anything extra is included.

WARRANTY & CONDITION OF ITEMS SOLD... All items are sold "AS IS, WHERE IS, with NO WARRANTY expressed or implied. Keep in mind that these items are restaurant worn and have been nailed to the wall in many cases. Descriptions are believed to be accurate but not guaranteed. If you are not certain of an items condition or use, please take advantage of preview and/or bid accordingly.

Item Pickup/Removal…Bidders are responsible for their own removal. Auctioneers may or may not provide assistance in removing or loading your items. Please insure that movers or anyone picking up items on your behalf are prepared to load the items. If you have pre-paid, then a paid receipt is required at the pickup location no items will be released without a paid email receipt.

CHOOSE WISELY...If you bid on the wrong item or decide an item is not suited for your intended use, our clients are not willing to assume the cost of your mistakes. When in doubt about condition, completeness or suitability for intended use, please bid accordingly. The auctioneer reserves the right to add or remove items from the auction, split or combine lots, add minimum bids or reserve prices, cancel, suspend, extend or reschedule an individual item and or auction event and/or make changes to the auction closing, inspection or removal times. Any controversy or claim arising out of or relating to this contract and/or agreement, or breach thereof, shall be settled by arbitration in accordance with the Commercial Arbitration Rules of the American Arbitration Association, and judgments upon the award rendered by the arbitrator(s) may be entered in any court having jurisdiction thereof. Venue will be Harrison County, Indiana. Liability: Auctioneers and Sellers liability shall be limited to the refund of bidders purchase price.

LIMITATIONS... The above-stated Conditions of Sale cannot be altered except in writing by The Auctioneer.

Directions: We are located about 4 blocks from Exit 0 off the Kennedy Bridge. We can also be reached by the 2nd Street Bridge (Cross the bridge and go Rt on Court Ave, then Rt on to Spring Street. We are a block and a half down Spring toward the Ohio River.
