Online Auction Terms and Conditions
No Shipping, No Transfers...Palmyra Pickup ONLY
Winning items must be paid by the end of scheduled pickup. Unpaid Items will be resold immediately and bidder access revoked.
Items paid can be held 2 weeks maximum. Items left longer than 2 pickup dates will be resold, but bidder access will be left intact.
NO Buyers Premium if cash paid at pickup. 10% Buyers Premium if paid via PayPal.
Sales Tax... 7% on all purchases will be collected unless you have an approved Tax Exemption Certificate on file with us PRIOR to pickup of items.
Accepted Payments... Cash or PayPal (online) ONLY
This is an Internet ONLY Auction. Please do not bid if you cannot pay or pick up your items during our business hours
NO REFUNDS/Chargeback's will be given for items not picked up.
Registration Instructions...You MUST register in order to place any bid. Click on the Auction Details page, put in your information, and submit. An email will be sent to the email address you entered with you bidders number. You will need to enter this and the password you create to enter your bids.
Maximum Bids... .this allows you to place the minimum bid required, while entering the maximum bid you are willing to pay. The computer will increase your bid up to that amount as other bids are placed.
Bidding Errors...Any bidding error MUST be reported to us IMMEDIATELY via email to firstname.lastname@example.org No bids will be removed or reversed after the auction has closed - NO EXCEPTIONS. Please review any bid you are making before submitting it to the site.
Staggered/Dynamic Closing... Our online auction closes at a few items per minute. Any bid placed in the last 3 minutes of an items closing time automatically extends that item for an additional 5 minutes. This is done to reduce snipe bidding and more closely emulate an actual live auction.
OutBid Notification... Notices will be emailed to you for any items you have been outbid. Notices are not sent on the final day of the auction.
Winning Bidder Invoice... will be sent by email as a courtesy ONLY. If you have bid on any items, it is you're responsibility to review final auction bids for any items you may have won.
Catalog Errors... you are placing bids on the DESCRIBED ITEM, not the picture (occasionally a wrong picture link is installed). You are ONLY bidding on the item in the description, sometimes multiple items appear in a photograph... do not assume anything extra is included.
WARRANTY & CONDITION OF ITEMS SOLD... All items are sold "AS IS, WHERE IS, with NO WARRANTY expressed or implied. Keep in mind that these items are typically used, so cleaning is normally required.
Item Pickup/Removal... Bidders are responsible for their own removal. Auctioneers may or may not provide assistance in removing or loading your items. Please insure that movers or anyone picking up items on your behalf are prepared to load the items. If you have pre-paid, then a paid receipt is required at the pickup location no items will be released without a paid email receipt.
The auctioneer reserves the right to add or remove items from the auction, split or combine lots, add minimum bids or reserve prices, cancel, suspend, extend or reschedule an individual item and or auction event and/or make changes to the auction closing, inspection or removal times.
LIMITATIONS... The above-stated Conditions of Sale cannot be altered except in writing by The Auctioneer.
